Selection guide
How to select a spring isolator
Determine total equipment and base weight W, divide by the support count N for point load P=W/N, then use operating speed, target isolation efficiency, natural frequency and deflection to identify the model.
View catalog selection guideCheck the foundation level
Confirm that the concrete base or machine frame is level and verify support quantity and fixing holes.
Verify actual compression
JA/JB products commonly use approximately 20–30 mm compression and ZTA about 15–25 mm, subject to the model table.
Lock fasteners after leveling
Retighten frame and locking bolts after leveling and check that the isolators carry load evenly.
